Going deeper into what drives people creatively reveals formidable possibilities and activates new levels of involvement in the work environment. As a workshop planner and group facilitator I help participants get clear about what inspires them, what they want to contribute and how to empower themselves and others. The workshops I offer include a range of artistic activities and group dialogue. (more details below and under programmes/the vision seminar)

aims

Under the vision umbrella I have been invited to outline workshops and forums with a focus on branding and identity, communication and rapport, creativity and inspiration, innovation and art appreciation, as well as leadership, inter-cultural relations and education.

Apart from building a strong container for self expression and clarity of purpose, my aim is to offer participants opportunities to experiment creatively and playfully while processing important and meaningful issues. This creates an intimate bond between people and brings transformative shifts in group relating, often felt as a sense of appreciation and joy.

how I work

Applying a balanced approach between artistic activities and group dialogue, I design different programmes with specific ingredients to suit the occasion and objectives. Depending on number of participants and the event’s objective, processing activities applied include:

Painting
Drawing
Mapping
3d Installation
Writing
Mask making
Movement and improvisation
Music and sound (with guest professionals)
Dialogue

(more details under the programmes/the vision seminar)

testimonials and feedback

“Nothing less than rewarding.” Director, Learning and development, The Body Shop International

“I was amazed to discover the depth of intuition I use when meeting people for the first time. Following Ella’s instructions allowed me and other members of the group to engage with one another in a deep and meaningful way... I found it to be a truly powerful experience.” Business Manager, Praxis Centre, Cranfield School of Management

“Fun, expansive and revealing. The process gave me insight into the team – how individuals see themselves and how I see myself in relation to the whole. Most importantly, we were able to work as a team, building an important foundation for the future.” Director of Learning and Public Services, Design Council

“It helped people to open up and led to a good understanding of how they feel about working here, and where they want to go.” Chief Executive, The Future Foundation

“I enjoyed the opportunity to express myself in a medium I would not normally consider using. The two major things I took away from the workshop was a sense of coming together between all participants and the groups they represent, and the realisation that I may have some artistic talent after all!” Web Development Officer, Newham Sixth Form College.

“The opportunity to explore communication and vision beyond the usual thinking patterns was highly valuable.” Workshop delegate, BP 100 Top Leadership event
